Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized jewelry items, as these are made according to your individual specifications (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 German Civil Code – BGB).

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or by post).

Please include your name and order number so that we can process your request promptly.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

The above provisions do not apply to personalized jewelry items, which are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

4. Voluntary Courtesy Exchange (Voucher)

Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, we may offer a voluntary exchange for personalized jewelry items in the form of a voucher, as a gesture of goodwill.

The exchange may be requested within 30 days of receipt of the item.

The voucher generally corresponds to the value of the returned jewelry item.

The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

The jewelry must be returned unworn, undamaged, and complete.

This arrangement does not constitute a withdrawal and is a voluntary goodwill gesture without legal entitlement.

5. Warranty and Complaints

In the case of defective or damaged goods, the statutory warranty rights apply.

Please contact us so that we can coordinate the next steps together.
