Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.

Exception for personalized jewelry
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to jewelry that is made according to your individual specifications or is clearly tailored to your personal needs.

2. Exercising your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

You may use the “Withdraw from contract” function provided in our shop. After submitting your withdrawal through this function, you will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

The refund will generally be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned them.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

4. Voluntary Courtesy Policy for Personalized Jewelry

Even where personalized jewelry is excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, we would still like to support you where possible.

Following prior agreement with us, we may voluntarily offer services such as a one-time size adjustment, an exchange, or store credit as a goodwill gesture.

If a personalized piece of jewelry, for example, is not suitable as a gift or is simply not to the recipient’s taste, there is no entitlement to a refund of the purchase price. However, following prior agreement, we may offer an exchange or store credit.

As a general rule, the jewelry must be returned unworn, undamaged, and complete in order to qualify for an exchange or store credit. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

These courtesy services are voluntary and do not create any statutory entitlement.

5. Defects and Complaints

The voluntary courtesy policy above does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defective goods.

If an item is defective or arrives damaged, your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
